H&O Productions was established in 1903 on the western shore of Santa Rosa Island, Florida, where the firm has remained for over a century. From the beginning the label has dedicated itself to two enduring American musical traditions — the songs of the sea and the songs of the rails. The roster has grown slowly and deliberately. Each act is recorded with care, packaged without ornament, and released into the world to find its audience in its own time. We do not chase trends. We do not court the charts.
